How do I receive my product? ›
Right after successful payment, the download link appears on the confirmation page. We also send the link to you by email.
I didn't receive an email — what now? ›
Please check your spam/promotions folder first. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us at
info@cleveo.me with your order number and we'll resend the link.
How long is the download link valid? ›
The link is valid for 48 hours. If it has expired, just contact us — we'll send you a new one for free.
Can I download the product more than once? ›
Yes, within the validity period. We recommend saving the file locally right after downloading.
Since these are digital goods, your statutory right of withdrawal ends once the download has started and you have explicitly agreed to this.
