All content you enter in the app – amounts, categories, weekly budgets, goals, savings goals, debts, subscriptions, wish list, notes and your language, currency and theme settings – is stored only in the app's local storage on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes this data unless you have created a backup. We have no access to it.

The free version shows ads via Google AdMob (Google Ireland Ltd.). AdMob may process device identifiers (e.g. advertising ID) and usage data. In the EU, ads are only loaded after your consent via Google's consent platform (UMP); you can change your choice at any time. See policies.google.com/privacy. Pro removes all ads.

Finance Planner Pro is a yearly subscription handled entirely by Google Play. Payment is charged to your Google Play account and renews automatically every year until you cancel (Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). We receive no payment data; the app only stores locally whether your subscription is active. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

The browser app (cleveo.me/app/finanzplaner/) stores your entries only in your browser's local storage. For the Web Pro yearly subscription, payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.); we receive your email address and the subscription status, but no payment data. We store your email address, license key, Stripe customer and subscription IDs and the term in order to send you the key and verify entitlement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). When the app starts, only the license key is sent to our server to query the subscription status – your financial data is not transmitted. You can cancel anytime in the app via the Stripe customer portal. License data is blocked or deleted after the subscription ends within the statutory retention periods; on request at info@cleveo.me.

On request, the backup creates a file with your data. You decide where to send or save it (e.g. Google Drive, email). We do not receive this file. When restoring, the app only reads the file you select.

To choose language, currency and number format, the app uses your device's language setting as well as region and time zone. This information is evaluated locally only and is not transmitted.

Finance Planner is a planning tool and does not provide investment, tax or other financial advice.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Since data is stored locally, you can change it in the app at any time or remove it completely by uninstalling.
